Roofing and guttering in Willesden, NW10

Willesden and Willesden Green are streets of Edwardian terraces and inter-war semis around the High Road, Dollis Hill and Harlesden, with Roundwood Park in the middle. Most of the houses still have their original tiled or slate roofs, and a lot of them have gained a rear dormer and a kitchen extension in the last twenty years.

Clay and concrete tiled roofs here tend to fail at the ridge, the hips and the verges first, where old mortar has cracked and dropped out. Gutters on inter-war semis are often the original sizes, too small for a roof that now carries a dormer, so they overflow in heavy rain.

We re-bed or dry-fix ridges and hips, fit dry verge on gable ends, rebuild extension flat roofs and upgrade gutters so they carry the water the roof now sends them. You get a free quote that covers the roof and the rainwater system together.
