Roofers in Belsize Park

Roofing and guttering in Belsize Park, NW3

Belsize Park is stucco-fronted Victorian villas on Belsize Square and Belsize Park Gardens, red-brick terraces on England's Lane and mews houses tucked behind them. Almost all of it is a conservation area, and nearly every big house has been divided into flats.

Behind the white stucco fronts sit slate roofs with parapets, valley gutters and some of the tallest chimney stacks in Camden. Parapet gutters and the lead around those stacks are the usual sources of top-floor damp. The mews houses add flat roofs, small dormers and cast iron downpipes that have rusted from behind.

We work to match: natural slate on slate roofs, properly dressed lead, and cast iron style rainwater goods where the house calls for them. Your quote is free and written for the whole roof when it is shared between flats.
